There was so much insight to this lesson and brings Worship to another level. The biggest take away I got from this lesson is that Worship goes beyond music, but it's way of living daily. One thing I did learn is that singing songs to God is an expression or act that is demonstrated in us. Another thing I learned was that the conversation of your life is a reflection of your worship and we should examine our hearts in this. I learned that there are 4 levels of worship which were breathe, conversation, sacrifice, and celestial expression which plays a part in Worship.
